Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS) is currently seeking a Full Time **IT Specialist** to provide support for the Information systems and technological needs of the center. The IT Specialist works in coordination with the Information Systems Manager and interacts with Corporate Information Systems personnel to ensure that current information systems needs are met. This role is located on the DPACS main campus in West Chester and will require daily travel as assigned to other DPACS campus locations utilizing a company vehicle.
Every day as a IT Specialist you will...
+ Act as a Subject Matter Expert on all IT systems & issues
+ Install and perform routine maintenance & services for all Center Personal Computers and IT devices
+ Evaluates computer equipment capabilities and recommends equipment upgrades as needed
+ Work as a systems and user troubleshooter and complete IT request as assigned
+ Maintain and document IT inventory and supplies

**Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS)** serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION:** Currently enrolled in an accredited Information Technology or Computer Science Certification, Associates or Bachelors program. Must possess current, valid driver’s license.
**EXPERIENCE:** Requires experience or educational curriculum regarding PCs, LANs, WANs, and providing technical support. Knowledge of multiple software applications required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
