Overview:
We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager to serve as a vital link between IT and business operations. This role involves collaborating with leadership to understand business needs, document requirements, and recommend IT enhancements. You will anticipate strategic changes, assess solutions, and improve processes to ensure effective IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership Engagement: Work with organizational leaders to understand and document business needs, and communicate IT capabilities and solutions.
* Strategic and Process Improvement: Monitor and anticipate strategic changes, enhance requirements-gathering processes, and identify opportunities to streamline business processes.
* Solution and Integration Support: Assess and prioritize IT demands, support system integration, and recommend improvements.
* Technology Awareness: Stay informed about technology trends and issues, and provide solutions to address gaps.
* Communication and Reporting: Maintain regular communication with leadership, create and deliver presentations, and manage project reports.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Certification: Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM) preferred.
* Experience: At least 8 years in IT, including 3 years in business relationship management or IT project management.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of IT services, emerging technologies, data analytics, and digital transformation; excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Languages: Fluent in English and French.
* Global Experience: Experience in a global organization is a plus.
