Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Temporary Information Technology Helpdesk to join their team. As a Temporary Information Technology Helpdesk, you will be part of the IT department supporting various user groups. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Temporary Information Technology Helpdesk
**Location:** Big Bay, MI
**Pay Range:** $22.00 per Hour
**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.
**What's the Job?**
+ Support senior IT staff in assuring the availability of high-quality production systems, including application, mobile phone, desktop phone, media, and video systems: assist with problem-solving efforts.
+ Assure compliance in access control, change control, and ticketing.
+ Ensure compliance with all cybersecurity standards, controls, and action plans.
+ Support management in the delivery of local administrative services.
+ Proactively communicate and collaborate with business teams and user groups.
**What's Needed?**
+ Full-time, temporary position for 3 months, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.
+ Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in systems support; networking and telecommunications preferred.
+ Experience supporting a 400+ user environment preferred.
+ Windows Active Directory experience desired (including DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Security Management).
+ Working knowledge of Enterprise Network Security, MS-Office, Windows Support, and VPN.
