SUMMARY

This internship is designed to be both educational and practical. In this position, the intern will learn how to apply skills they have acquired, related to their areas of interest, in a professional setting.

 

The intern will assist with the maintenance and support of the IT infrastructure.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the maintenance and support of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems. Provide technical support to staff and shareholders, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly. Participate in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives that align with the corporation’s goals. Collaborate with team members to develop and document IT processes and procedures. Conduct research and analysis to support technological improvements and innovations. Help maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive information. Assist with the development and delivery of training materials for staff and shareholders on new technologies and systems. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Other duties as assigned.
