Manufacturing Unit Manager
Your role and responsibilities•\tProvide technical support to the company's users.•\tProvide support for the specific business applications used by the company, including problem solving and user assistance.•\tMaintenance and repair of computer equipment (if necessary), namely computers, printers, and peripherals.•\tInstall/configure and update the software on users' computers.•\tManagement of technical support tickets registered by users.•\tParticipate in IT asset inventory management, namely regularly checking physical inventory and updating records.•\tPerform tests and debug technical issues, working closely with the members of the IT team.•\tIdentify opportunities to improve internal IT-related processes and propose solutions.
Qualifications for the roleDiploma of college studies (DSC) in computer science. Bachelor's degree in computer science.Understanding of the Windows operating system (10, 11). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze and diagnose Level 0 and 1 incidents.Basic knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols.Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.Good management of stress and pressure in crisis situations.
