**What You Will Do:**
The Information Technology Lead will lead a team of 5-6 IT professionals to ensure ticket completion and building security. They will work with all departments to ensure technology is up to date and protect the interests of PWES. They will also monitor safe transfer of documents throughout the facility to prevent data breaches. This person will also be a member of the PWES EH&S Compliance team.
To excel in this role, you should be a strong leader who is goal and task oriented. You must have the ability to adjust and manage priorities, have good time management skills, work independently, and be able to develop and grow your team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage permissions/accesses for building staff
+ Lotus Notes Database/SharePoint maintenance and security
+ Create new Help desk Tickets
+ Computer Troubleshooting in person or by phone
+ Monthly Finance SOX reports – A/P
+ Monthly Finance Vendor reports SOX
+ IT SOX documentation/testing
+ DXC monthly invoice reconcile
+ Customer service, support IT Outsourced help desk staff with an established Service Level Agreement
+ Develop/maintain a Business Impact Analysis to define the Disaster Recovery Plan; Implement a DRP to provide minimal data and financial loss
+ Maintain IT policies and procedures which support UTC initiative to conduct its business safely and managing the risks that cannot be eliminated
+ Safety Auditor performing monthly reviews of the facility Inspections and Corrective Actions
+ Maintain Facility Door Security System
+ Maintain Facility Video Security System
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ A Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Computer Systems, Network Infrastructure, Information Technology (IT) or technology-related role, OR
+ An Advanced Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT role
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Degree in STEM field; Computer Science, IT / Systems or Engineering fields preferred.
+ Prior experience leading a small-midsized team
+ Experience pulling data and creating monthly reports for finance team
+ Familiarity with building and data security
+ Proven track record of operations and/or project management leadership.
+ Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization including senior level management.
+ Prior experience with SharePoint, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite
+ Prior knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems to provide enhancements within the job area

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
