ANALYGENCE is seeking an experienced Information Technology Program Manager (SME) to support our federal customer who plays a key role in enhancing the security, resiliency, and reliability of the nation’s cyber and communications infrastructure. This role directly supports the customer Mission Engineering (ME) Information Security Branch (ISB) responsible for providing Cybersecurity and Information Assurance support. Services include providing programmatic, technical, engineering, and integration support for the continued design, development, enhancement, integration, deployment, operations, and sustainment of security supported initiatives.

 

The Information Technology Program Manager (SME) is responsible for organizing all services pertaining to this contract. The PM will be tasked with fulfilling staffing plans; providing strategic guidance to multiple teams; formulating, organizing, monitoring inter-connected projects; preparing and/or present reports to Government PMs; and fulfilling the task management deliverables. The PM will also coordinate with other task leads to ensure specific deliverables are being completed within the agreed upon timelines and communicating any discovered risks and mitigation plans with the Government. The current team member work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by the customer.

 

Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.Requires a current Project Management Professional (PMP) or relevant education in lieu of certification. 10+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial positions.Must have excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles and excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills.Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
