Yes County Albany Street Address Swan St. Bldg, Core 4, Flr 4 City Albany State NY Zip Code 12210 Duties Description Under the direction of the Information Technology Specialist 3, SG-23, within the Chief Technology Office Division, Service Delivery Bureau, and Robotic Process automation, the Information Technology Specialist 2 Hourly, SG-NS, will play a critical role in supporting and delivering Automation projects. This position will utilize tools to create automation solutions that meet agency needs. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to the following:-Work with Agency and ITS staff to support and deliver Automation projects-Participate in design sessions and workshops to gather requirements for Automation opportunities-Analyze and scope business requirements to create technical solution requirements; develop relevant use cases for Automation opportunities-Lead the blueprint design and documentation of technical specifications for implementation projects-Develop test plans and test the new modules to ensure the software works as expected -Execute proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, minimally viable products (MVPs), and deployment-Create and integrate features for enterprise software solutions using UiPath RE Framework or similar Minimum Qualifications Either 1. a bachelor's or higher-level degree including or supplemented by 15 semester credit hours in computer science;Or 2. a bachelor's or higher-level degree in any field AND one year of experience in information technology;Or 3. 60 semester credit hours including or supplemented by 15 semester credit hours in computer science AND one year of experience in information technology;Or 4. two years of experience in information technology.
