Responsibilities:
Junior-level:

Serves as a technical expert in the development, implementation, management, and support of systems and networks

Plans and executes complex IT assignments independently and as part of a team

Develops new methods and approaches across a wide variety of IT specialties

Contributes to the design and implementation of innovative IT solutions

Assists in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues

Participates in the continuous improvement of IT processes and methodologies

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines

Intermediate:

Serves as a technical expert in the development, implementation, management, and support of complex systems and networks

Plan, lead, and execute complex IT assignments, ensuring successful delivery and integration

Develops and implement new methods and approaches across a wide variety of IT specialties

Provides technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative IT solutions

Conducts thorough analysis of IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

Contributes to strategic IT planning and decision-making processes

Senior:

Serves as a senior technical expert in the development, implementation, management, and support of advanced systems and networks

Leads the planning and execution of complex, high-impact IT assignments

Develops cutting-edge methods and approaches across a diverse range of IT specialties

Provides strategic guidance and technical leadership to cross-functional teams

Drives innovation and continuous improvement in IT processes and methodologies

Mentors junior and intermediate team members, fostering their professional growth

Contributes to high-level decision-making processes and IT strategy formulation

Subject Matter Expert/SME:

Serves as the foremost technical authority in the development, implementation, management, and support of cutting-edge systems and networks

Leads and oversee the planning and execution of the most complex and mission-critical IT assignments

Pioneers innovative methods and approaches across diverse IT specialties, setting industry standards

Provides expert consultation to executive leadership on strategic IT initiatives and emerging technologies

Drives technological innovation and spearhead research and development efforts

Mentors and develops senior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

Represents CACI as a thought leader in professional forums, conferences, and publications


Qualifications:
Required: 

Junior-level:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree)

0-3 years of experience in IT or related technical field

Demonstrated ability to serve as a technical expert in systems and networks

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop new methods and approaches

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to plan and execute complex assignments independently and in a team setting

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies rapidly

Intermediate:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree)

3-8 years of progressive experience in IT or related technical fields

US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance if needed

Proven track record as a technical expert in systems and networks

Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex IT assignments

Experience in developing new methods and approaches in various IT specialties

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Proficiency in project management and ability to meet deadlines

Senior:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree)

8-11 years of extensive experience in IT or related technical fields

US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance if needed

Proven track record as a senior technical expert in systems and networks

Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex, mission-critical IT assignments

Extensive experience in developing innovative methods and approaches across various IT specialties

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking

Advanced project management skills and experience with large-scale IT initiatives

​Subject Matter Expert/SME:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree)

12+ years of extensive, progressive experience in IT or related technical fields

US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance if needed

Recognized industry expert with a proven track record of technical leadership

Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, lead, and deliver enterprise-level, complex IT solutions

Extensive experience in developing groundbreaking methods and approaches across multiple IT domains

Superior leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams and executives

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic vision

Advanced project and program management expertise


Desired:

Junior-level:

Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA)

Experience with a variety of IT specialties (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics)

Knowledge of programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell)

Familiarity with IT project management methodologies

Intermediate:

Advanced IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)

Experience with emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)

Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)

Experience in a government contracting environment

Senior:

Master's degree

Advanced IT certifications (e.g., CISM, CGEIT, PMP)

Experience in proposal development and client relationship management

Publications or speaking engagements in relevant IT fields

​Subject Matter Expert/SME:

PhD

Relevant executive-level IT certifications (e.g., CISSP-ISSAP, TOGAF, ITIL Expert)

Experience with emerging and disruptive technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI)

Expertise in federal IT regulations, compliance, and security frameworks

Track record of successful large-scale IT transformations or modernization efforts

Significant contributions to the IT field through publications, patents, or speaking engagements

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
