Responsibilities Responsible for the planning and delivery of customer support services, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and/or assurance of training, in response to customer requirements. Ability to communicate concisely and accurately in technical matters. Extensive knowledge of the GCSS-Marine, DPAS architecture, infrastructure, operations, and functionality in supporting the USMC sustainment mission. Broad management experience affording knowledge of Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), Centralized Asset Management, Depot Maintenance Transformation (DMT), Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS), Performance Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Repair Enterprise 21, Weapon Systems Supply Chain Management, Asset Marking and Tracking, Balanced Scorecard, Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+), and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), among others. Qualifications An active DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration Bachelor's Degree; 7+ overall years and 4 relevant years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis, experience in managing, administering, developing, and/or supporting the ALMSS and associated information technology sub-systems and services.
