POSITION SUMMARY:

Center For Family Services is Seeking a Information Technology Technician to join our IT Department. This individual will support the agency's computer systems by diagnosing computer problems, installing software, setting up new equipment, and performing tests on computer hardware, Security, Audio/Video, Networks and Communications systems.

Location: Voorhees, New Jersey

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide level 1 support for basic issues Install and configure basic hardware and software components to ensure usabilityMaintain and upkeep Computers and other devices such as Tablets, Cell Phones, Scanners and PrintersTest, diagnose, repair, reconfigure, assemble, integrate, and test basic systemsTroubleshoot hardware and software issuesRepair or replace damaged hardwarePrepare, install and configuring new equipment for deploymentProvide support to users and act as the first point of contact for issue reportingProvide basic technical training for end usersEstablishing good relationships with all departments and colleaguesManaging technical documentation of work performed

Qualifications:

High School diploma2 years' experience in computer systems and maintenanceExperience with supporting Microsoft Windows 7-10Basic networking experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsAttention to detailGood problem solving skillsAbility to work in a team environment

Working Conditions:

Must have reliable transportation. Job requires 50% local travel.
