The InfoSec Business Partner Lead – Product Ops & Supply Chain will act as the primary security liaison between the Apple Information Security organization and our global product operations teams. This role is critical in understanding, translating, and delivering the security needs of this complex and dynamic business area with Apple Information Security services. The individual will ensure Apple Information Security programs and services solutions meet operational demands while driving strategic initiatives to enhance overall security posture. They will be responsible for using their technical acumen to lead threat models and architecture reviews. They will collaborate across Apple Information Security and our Product Operations teams, this leader will develop tailored security roadmaps, ensure information security service delivery, and provide executive-level support to these teams.DescriptionDescriptionYou will work as part of the Apple Information Security - Business Engagement team helping drive the day-to-day security needs of our Product Ops teams, while delivering the overall strategies and services of Apple Information Security. • Serve as the primary Apple Information Security point of contact for Apple’s Product Operations & Supply Chain teams. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Worldwide Product Ops to identify and address security risks. • Oversee and deliver threat models and security architecture reviews for Product Operations. • Collaborate across Apple Information Security service teams to ensure that security offerings align with Product Operations needs and priorities. • Translate business requirements to technical requirements that drive AIS engineering decisions. • Create and maintain comprehensive security roadmaps tailored to Product Operations. • Provide subject matter expertise on security advisement, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards and policies. • Partner with embedded security teams and individuals across Product Ops to support risk management and mitigation strategies. • Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve escalations and ensure timely resolution of security incidents. • Represent Apple Information Security in executive meetings, providing updates, insights, and strategic guidance to our internal business teams. • Measure and communicate quantifiable impacts of our security services with Apple Operations. • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of Apple Information Security services in meeting supply chain business needs and recommend improvements. • Advocate for Product Ops interests within Apple Information Security to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications10+ years of experience in Information Security or related security fields.• 8+ year experience in securing securing large operations, supply chain or manufacturingenvironments.• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and technologies, with a focus onidentifying and mitigating technical security risks.• Extensive experience with security threat modeling and architecture reviews.• Expertise in security risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g.,NIST, ISO 27001).• Expertise in SaaS security.• Expertise in automating and improving security processes and applications.• Proven ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships, including atthe executive level.• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technicalconcepts for non-technical audiences.• Track record of successfully managing security escalations and delivering quantifiablesecurity improvements.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritieseffectively.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a relatedfield• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Security, or a relateddiscipline• Experience or exposure to working with Managed Service Security Providers (MSSP)Education & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $195,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
