Responsible for delivering multiple programs that support the overall strategic objectives of the business unit. Provides oversight and leadership to cross-functional teams to execute on concurrent projects of varying size and ensures standard project protocols are met. This teammate possesses expert knowledge of the processes in the assigned portfolio and is a key contributor to line of business’ success.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Manages quality assurance, processtraining, executionand status update reporting of cyber delivery portfolio status.
+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams to effectively develop cyber delivery execution process enhancements, including the development and execution of cyber delivery execution process.
+ Oversees and/or prepares, executes and maintains necessary cyber delivery execution process materials, training materials and artifacts. Ensures delivery process enhancement has appropriate level of traceability, tracking all enhancements to completion and knowledge delivery tocyber delivery team.
+ As appropriate, systematically review components of processes/programs to identify potential areas of improvement based on gap analysis, Project Management Lifecycle and Cyber Delivery Executionand/or Issue Management requirements. Identify and systematize best practices to reduce unneeded process variation and improve service quality and efficiency.
+ Provides program level dashboards and executive summaries to keep leaders abreast of the health of the security delivery portfolio.
+ Establishes and maintains relationships with all stakeholders ensuring coordination across cross-functional teams and obtains leadership support and buy-in of delivery execution process.
+ Will serve as an individual contributor with ownership of a complex project portfolio and will have indirect leadership of junior level resources. Will direct and review the work of junior teammates and provide project-related performance reviews to their direct leader. **Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**

1. BA/BS IT/ Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Finance, Operations Management.
2. 8-10 years of experience in consulting, project management or process improvement related role.
3. Advanced understanding of project management framework and demonstrated ability to implement large scale initiatives managing deliverable timelines and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous assignments.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others and facilitate difficult conversations with leadership
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Five years of experience in the financial services industry or consulting.
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
+ Process Improvement Professional (e.g. Six Sigma certification)
+ Advanced proficiency in: Excel, PPT, Teams, SharePoint, Project and Visio.

The annual base salary for this position is $110,376.00 - $165,564.00
