The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. We have a great opportunity for an innovative and effective Scrum Master. We are hiring a Scrum Master with strong Information Security experience to coordinate and coach our InfoSec teams. This role will be the go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies. This candidate will work with the information Security team to deliver effective, and impactful process and scrum methodology. Ultimately, this role will help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints. The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework and SAFE including all its artifacts and techniques. This role needs a candidate with the ability to coordinate people and projects (including facilitating changes) and deliver results.
