This role focuses on supporting the software lifecycle, addressing security vulnerabilities, and ensuring seamless software operations across the organization. **Primary Responsibilities:** Software Product Lifecycle Management: • Oversee and manage the lifecycle of software products, including updates, upgrades, and end-of-life processes. Troubleshooting & Security Management: • Research, analyze, and resolve software and security patch issues. • Manage software vulnerability assessments and remediation processes. Collaboration & Support: • Work closely with end users, software owners, and technical teams to ensure optimal software performance and compliance. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address software-related challenges. **Education and Experience Required:** Minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience Strong understanding of: SCCM/Intune, Software packaging, Application ownership, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office **Education and Experience Preferred:** Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field Minimum of 5 years’ higher education and/or work experience Certifications or special training in related technologies M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
