Infrastructure Analyst - REMOTE

JOB SUMMARY

This job is responsible for the support and maintenance of windows and Linux operating systems, virtual system support (VMware and Hyper-v) and storage systems maintenance.  The main functions are incident/request ITSM queue management and operational support/analysis for the organizations information systems such as servers, virtual/cloud based systems and storage devices. 

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform operational support of IT Infrastructure technology including, but not limited to, network, security, messaging, storage, voice, etc.Perform analysis and resolve problems to restore normal IT Infrastructure operational levels.Complete project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects. Assure compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.Other duties as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required1-3 years of experience in Information Technology

Preferred

Experience in most of the following ideal: Cisco UCS, Dell Vrtx, EMC VNX, Unity, Isilon, VMAX, IBM A9000R, NetApp AFF, VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server 2012 and 2016, RHEL 6 and 7, Ansible / Ansible Tower, Satellite 6.x, vRealize Operations, SCCM.
