**Objective of Position** :
The Infrastructure and Systems Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the bank’s IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum system availability, performance, and security. This includes Microsoft patch management, networking, and CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) administration.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ **Infrastructure Management:**
+ Oversee day-to-day management of the bank’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud resources, ensuring high availability and performance.
+ Lead the administration and operation of networking services, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
+ Manage and monitor patch management processes for Microsoft servers and workstations, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure.
+ Administer and optimize Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions, ensuring seamless operation and integration.
+ **Networking and Systems Operations:**
+ Provide hands-on leadership in managing Aruba network devices, including wireless access points, switches, and routers.
+ Utilize SolarWinds to monitor and optimize network performance, server health, and application monitoring.
+ Lead the deployment and management of Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, and networking, ensuring scalability and cost-efficiency.
+ **Vendor and Service Management:**
+ Manage vendor relationships for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) services, ensuring optimal service delivery, contract compliance, and cost management.
+ Collaborate with third-party providers for the installation, support, and maintenance of infrastructure and software services.
+ **Team Leadership:**
+ Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support on complex technical issues.
+ Promote best practices in infrastructure management, security, and operational efficiency.
+ Work cross-functionally with other IT teams, business units, and senior leadership to align infrastructure initiatives with the bank’s business goals.
+ **Security and Compliance:**
+ Ensure the IT infrastructure meets regulatory requirements and internal security policies, including data protection and disaster recovery protocols.
+ Work with security teams to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of banking data across systems.
+ **Troubleshooting and Incident Response:**
+ Oversee the diagnosis and resolution of infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime.
+ Lead incident response efforts related to infrastructure failures, coordinating with internal teams and vendors as needed.
+ All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CCNA, ITIL, or Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) are preferred.
+ 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role, ideally in a financial or banking environment.
+ Expertise in Microsoft Patch Management (e.g., WSUS, SCCM).
+ Strong experience in networking, with hands-on knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking (Aruba experience preferred).
+ Extensive experience in CCaaS administration (preferably with platforms like Five9, Genesys, or similar).
+ Solid experience with SolarWinds monitoring tools for network, server, and application performance monitoring.
+ Expertise in Azure resource deployment and management (e.g., VMs, storage, networking).
+ Proven experience in vendor management and managing third-party IaaS contracts and services.
+ Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex infrastructure and network issues.
+ Excellent project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
+ Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives.
+ Strong understanding of IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
+ Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and relationships to ensure cost-effective and reliable infrastructure solutions.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
**Physical Demands/Work Environment:**
Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office equipment. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices.

This role allows for a combination of remote and in-office work, with occasional visits to the office based on business needs. Specific in-office days may vary and will be discussed during the interview process.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
Byline Bank offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
The salary range for this position is between $121,000 to $170,000
In addition, Byline provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, paid time off and much more! Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
