As an Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the platform and infrastructure supporting our Cloud and On-prem Contact Center solutions. You will work collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
You Will
Understand cloud architecture principles, including Cloud Contact Center Technologies. Work with cloud service providers such as AWS and Azure. Familiarize with major cloud contact center platforms like Amazon Connect and Genesys. Grasp PSTN telephony and VoIP technologies from service providers like BT and Orange. Integrate CRM applications and APIs with contact center solutions. Integrate various third-party applications with a contact center platform. Apply security best practices in cloud contact center environments. Manage identity and access, designing sign-on processes with cloud applications, with knowledge of Azure EntraID. Utilize basic DevOps and Automation knowledge. Apply basic knowledge and experience with Infrastructure as Code. Understand data storage solutions in the cloud. Comprehend end-to-end data flow in contact center platforms. Collaborate with Agile Squad members and Service Providers to ensure alignment between platform capabilities and business requirements. Use analytics tools and reporting for insights. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Cloud Contact Center implementations. Write technical documentation, including Service Specifications and High and Low-Level design documents. Provide solutions optimized for performance, reliability, scalability, and security of a contact center environment. Utilize working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools. Communicate and collaborate effectively with Agile Squad members to ensure alignment between platform capabilities and business requirements.Your Skills
Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and Cloud Contact Center Technologies. Experience with AWS and Azure cloud service providers. Familiarity with major cloud contact center platforms (e.g., Amazon Connect, Genesys). Understanding of PSTN telephony and VoIP technologies. Experience with CRM applications and API integration. Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments. Experience with identity and access management, particularly Azure EntraID. Basic DevOps and Automation knowledge. Basic experience with Infrastructure as Code. Understanding of data storage solutions in the cloud. Experience with analytics tools and reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in writing technical documentation.
