(https://www.accenture.com/us-en/services/digital-engineering-manufacturing) THE WORK: + You'll provide oversight, supervision, and problem-solving support for the Finance Team across multiple business units. + You'll lead financial analysis and modeling projects of varying complexity. + You'll partner with business units to design and develop costing and profitability models. + You'll oversee budgeting and ensure the effective allocation of available funds. + You'll analyze financial data to identify anomalies, patterns, and trends. + You'll monitor contractor contracts and financial status. + You'll track material procurement costs and assess financial impacts. + With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: + Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. + 10+ years of specialized financial experience. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: + Expertise in finance, accounting, and business concepts, both general and company-specific. + Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and financial systems. + Experience in contractor financial oversight and material procurement cost analysis + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. + Ability to convey complex financial concepts concisely across various teams and management levels. + A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in financial operations.
