HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: + Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. + 10+ years of specialized financial experience. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: + Expertise in finance, accounting, and business concepts, both general and company-specific. + Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and financial systems. + Experience in contractor financial oversight and material procurement cost analysis + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. + Ability to convey complex financial concepts concisely across various teams and management levels. + A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in financial operations.
