**Infrastructure Design Engineer**
**Dubai**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Infrastructure Design Engineer** to join our team! I

**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Assist in planning and supporting engineering projects related to wet utilities and drainage systems. Ensure designs are executed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule.
+ Work alongside senior engineers and design personnel to ensure technical quality and continuous improvement in design processes. Collaborate with CAD Designers/Drafters and support CAD-related tasks using 3D modeling software.
+ Ensure designs meet applicable local and international codes, standards, and regulations. Assist with the preparation of professional engineering seal and signature when required.
+ Help prepare material/equipment specifications and assist with procurement processes, including reviewing supplier data and supporting testing activities.
+ Contribute to the design of pressure networks and the development of hydraulic models for water systems, using industry-standard software such as Bentley WaterCAD / WaterGems and Bentley Hammer.
+ Gain proficiency in design software such as Civil 3D, Open Roads, Open Utilities, GIS, and Python to support project design and modeling efforts.
+ Familiarity with local authorities’ requirements, including DEWA, ADDC/ADWEA, DM, ADM, and others within the Gulf region, ensuring that designs comply with relevant standards and guidelines.
+ Assist in site investigations and surveys, gathering data and providing input for design adjustments, as required.
+ Assist in the preparation of technical specifications, design reports, and other documentation for wastewater and water systems in compliance with regulatory standards.
+ Support communication with service provider agencies to assist in obtaining NOCs and design approvals for project work.
+ Help manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring that work is completed within agreed timelines and cost constraints.
+ Continue professional development by staying updated on industry trends, new software tools, and best practices. Engage with professional societies to enhance technical knowledge.
+ Assist with other administrative and technical duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the overall project and team.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university
+ Minimum 4 years of experience in infrastructure design for wet utilities (including water supply, drainage, and wastewater systems) and drainage engineering, with proven expertise in hydraulic modeling and pressure network design.
+ Advanced knowledge of relevant design software, including Bentley WaterCAD / WaterGems, Bentley Hammer, WANDA, Civil 3D, Open Roads, Open Utilities, Dynamo, Python, and GIS.
+ Familiarity with local and international design standards and regulations, including those set by DEWA, ADDC, DM, and other regional authorities.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
