Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, monitoring and daily maintenance of enterprise-wide application such as IIS, MS-SQL, Apache HTTPd, Apache Tomcat, JBoss , Websphere Application Servers, Kubernetes, Kafka, IBM-MQ.Interact with Software Development and infrastructure teams to define hardware requirements required to implement application solutions and troubleshoot technical issuesInteract with software, network and infrastructure administrators to seamlessly implement solutions and solve technical issuesTroubleshooting web, middleware and database environmentsIdentify potential and real performance bottlenecks within web environmentsUsing troubleshooting methods to differentiate between an infrastructure or environment problemAdministration of Web environmentsConstantly update documentation as necessary to reflect system setup and environment.To handle escalation seamlessly to avoid any gaps that may arise to meet or exceed SLA.To utilise ITSM process and tool support.

Requirements:

Must be a Singaporean citizen due to G50 security clearance requirements by the client.Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or equivalent.Working experience in Linux and Windows system.Knowledge or work in environment using Azure a plusStrong implementation and administrative skillsets for Linux and WindowsGood knowledge of IIS, MS-SQL and open source solutions like Docker containers and Kubernetes container orchestrationPrior experience providing enterprise-wide on-premises systems supportPossess analytical mindsetPossessed initiative that would improve productivity and efficiency.
