The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer who has strong Linux and SPLUNK experience. This individual provides support for the overall workload and execution of tasks for the ecosystem platform. The successful candidate has a growth mindset and is willing to learn new technologies while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Architect, design, manage, and maintain IT hardware and software cloud infrastructure
Use Splunk for log analysis, security monitoring, and performance optimization
Conduct complex IT system analysis and troubleshooting
Implement automation for configuration management consistency
Apply security patches and OS upgrades to maintain system integrity
Assist with engineering and architecture of new infrastructure IT projects
Manage security updates, patch vulnerabilities, and maintain network security
Qualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph 7+ years' experience supporting IT systems
Current Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
5 years' experience with Linux/Windows system design, installation, and administration
3 years' experience managing Splunk Platform and using ITSI RedHat Linux administration and security best practices knowledge
Experience working within Scrum and Agile environments
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Cybersecurity
Desired:
Experience with enterprise technologies including Splunk and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Knowledge of AWS security best practices and automation
Proficiency in version control (GitLab) and configuration management processes
System automation skills (Ansible) and experience with High Availability Proxy
Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell) and familiarity with collaboration tools

The proposed salary range for this position is:
