Experience working on Microsoft upgrades in a technical SME role (server/user device migrations)
Experienced with Office365, Windows 11, Server 2022, Intune, and SCCM.
Key projects will be File share migrations and Windows 11 deployments.
Experience in Change Management with a solid understanding of IT Infrastructure fundamentals.
Strong ability deploying technical solutions with a strong focus on modernisation.
Extensive knowledge of infrastructure components such as Windows, VMware, and storage solutions
