What You'll Do As member of the IT Service & Operations Management team, you will play a valuable part in supporting and executing a wide range of projects and programs, to analyze and develop best practice Service Management processes and workflows on the ServiceNow platform to bring improvements and efficiency to this transforming organization. There is opportunity to grow into more senior engineer responsibilities. Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform is highly recommended. What you’ll do: Identify business growth opportunities enabled by technology and execute against those opportunities. Communicate technical concepts to business partners as well as business objectives to the technical team. Create a culture of clear accountability. Set clear expectations for team members; solicit, synthesize, and deliver feedback. Create and communicate a bold direction that inspires results. Create strategy and paint the picture for others surrounding appropriate principles and practices that result in a stable, valuable delivery system. Who You Are We are looking for someone with: An associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) and 3+ years work experience or equivalent experience. Proven experience as an IT professional. Experience working with ServiceNow platform. Experience in JavaScript development and integrations via APIs to infinite number of solutions/systems. A desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow. An ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $77350 - $147600 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible Yes Additional Information Work Environments This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
