As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be part of the IT department supporting various technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Infrastructure Engineer Sr **Location:** Hybrid, part of the time remote, part of the time onsite in offices in the Columbus, OH area. **What's the Job?** End User Computing: + Strong experience supporting general end user technologies: Windows 10 and 11, Virtual Desktops, MacOS, Workstation Hardware (Mac, Dell, HP). + Strong experience with vulnerability management and remediation + Solid understanding of Mobile technologies – iOS devices, Workspace One, and Intune + Experience supporting and understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Application Delivery Controllers, Citrix Storefront, NetScaler, and Microsoft FSLogix. + Good understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and JAMF Video Conferencing: + Familiarity with operating in-room video conferencing systems from major vendors such as Poly & Cisco + Ability to perform basic diagnosis of in-room video conferencing issues, such as restarting systems + Familiarity with MS Teams or Zoom best practices for joining video meetings **What's Needed?** Education: + Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required. Experience: + 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
