P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. The Infrastructure team within P&C IT Services is seeking an intern to join the team for the summer 2025.
The Infrastructure Intern will work with program and project managers on the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. Organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget. Create overall organization for the team and the deliverables to achieve.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and work hoursDocumenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetingsEnsuring project deadlines are metUndertaking project tasks as required, such as helping to test the system or analyze dataEnsuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each projectPreparing necessary presentation materials for meetingsTaking meeting minutesTracking open risks and issues, and following up on solutions and deadlines associated with thoseFacilitate project meetingsOther duties as assignedRequirements:
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skillsOutstanding organizational skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamAbility to work on tight deadlines as neededCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and OutlookFirst or second year student pursuing an IT-related degree.Business Unit:
