This role combines expertise in factory infrastructure engineering, IT systems management, and performance improvement to ensure the seamless operation and optimization of the plant's digital and physical systems. The ideal candidate will excel at problem-solving, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technology-enabled performance improvements. **In this role, you will:** + Maintain plant business, production, security, and wireless local area networks. + Serve as the primary liaison between the site and corporate IT resources. + Manage and troubleshoot requests for port configuration changes on Ethernet switches. + Oversee the site email, Teams distribution groups, and SharePoint, including access, list creation, and forms. + Ensure functionality of network printers, digital signage hardware/software, and voice services/equipment. + Set up, upgrade, and maintain laptops and corporate-issued mobile devices for site employees. + Diagnose and resolve issues with network devices, hardware, and software. + Manage site-specific Power BI dashboards, Power Automate flows, and IT project execution within budget and schedule. + Maintain and upgrade site camera equipment (line overview and security systems). + Administer and audit the site badge access control system. + Oversee data collection services (LEDS, ABLE, PiVision, MES) and ensure accurate data management. + Plan and implement upgrades to plant communication systems, incorporating new technologies. + Partner with engineering and operations teams to support performance improvement and capital projects. + Facilitate vendor relationships and coordinate IT purchases with corporate headquarters and plant leadership. + Manage budgets for computer hardware and software capital and expense items while maintaining accurate records. + Schedule and facilitate IT-related training and project meetings. + Assess internal and external IT customer needs and develop scalable solutions. + Plan for future growth in LAN and telecommunication systems to meet evolving plant demands. + Lead initiatives to enhance plant efficiency through Power BI dashboard development and automation. **What we look for:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience. + Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, factory engineering, or related roles. + Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and data collection systems like PiVision, MES, and ABLE. + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT and infrastructure issues. + Familiarity with LAN, telecommunications systems, and badge access control processes. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. **Workplace type:** This position requires a fully onsite workmodel **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
