Key Responsibilities: + Manage and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. + Develop and implement infrastructure strategies to support business objectives. + Ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. + Lead and mentor a team of IT staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. + Collaborate with other departments to identify infrastructure needs and provide technical support. + Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for infrastructure services and equipment. + Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. + Stay current with industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role. + Strong knowledge of network protocols, server architectures, and cloud technologies. + Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, Docker). + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL) are a plus.
