What success looks like in this role:

Has overall responsibility for Infrastructure Services, managing and overseeing all people, automations, solutions, processes and tools required to deliver all services both remotely and onsite in these areas.Looks for automation opportunities and drives the team to execute on them.Assists the account in promoting new innovating ideas through automation and solution development. Collaborates with the account team to pursue new revenue opportunities.Performing and managing migration efforts from private to public cloudManage infrastructure in public cloud/multi-cloud environments including networking, IAM, security, storage, and compute.Sets strategy, goals and metrics for delivery areas.Telephony (VoIP) experience preferably with Mitel (ShoreTel)Fibre plant experience in terms of architecture, connectivity not only in point-to-point but also ring topologies.Microsoft Windows server including Active Directory topologies, Single Sign-on, and Azure in a VMware High availability cluster environmentExperience of Microsoft SQL design and support for DR instances and SQL Always on for DR and high availability across multiple date centersStorage Area networks including snapshot technologies, RAID 6 environment and native file replication between multiple data centersDevelops, rationalizes and aligns roadmaps for enhancing the capacity and capability of company infrastructure and supported applications and solutions.Defines and implements processes and guidelines for concept development and technology assessment.Owns responsibility for teams meeting established performance metrics and handles load-balancing between teams to maintain a consistent level of support across the company.Develops and helps drive implementation of solutions that improve current processes, adds efficiencies and ensures a positive, business-focused outcome.Tasked with making recommendations to IT Governance for enhancements to Unisys’s services or Service portfolio based on operational observations and works under direction of a senior architect and Delivery Director for complex projects.Compiles and analyzes statistical data and trends relating to Enterprise, Data, System and overall architectural development and operational effectiveness.Manages and drives problem solving efforts between business users and development / delivery personnel.This position supports and administers data retention/recovery and production job schedules and performs continuous analysis of production jobs, backup processes, system monitoring, and server availability. The role is also responsible for evaluating and recommending solutions by working with all of the business groups impacted.This position will require 10 years of management experience in an Information Technology environment supporting at least 1,000 users and must possess excellent communication and resource optimization experience along with strong technical experience in a Microsoft Windows and VMware environment.Ensures compliance with architecture standards and processes.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

10 years experience of overall responsibility for Infrastructure Services (Data Center, Network and Cloud), managing and overseeing all people, processes and tools required to deliver all services both remotely and onsite in these areas.Minimum 5 years Cisco networking experience especially critical is ACI, SDA and newer Firepower firewall expertise operating in a top tier sports stadium support not only sports but other events such as concerts and other major public events.Minimum 5 years networking experience using tools such as Cisco Prime Infrastructure and SolarWinds NPM/IPAMMinimum 3 years experience with Microsoft Always On VPNMinimum 3 years experience in the following Azure technologies: VNET, Express Route, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Entra ID, Azure MigrationsMinimum 3 years experience in the following AWS Technologies: AWS VPC, EC2, ELB, S3, IAM, CloudTailMinimum 3 years experience in Oracle Cloud (OCI)Working knowledge of ServiceNow Automation offerings and ability to relate those services to our customers3 to 5 years vendor management experience building Bill of Materials (BOM), obtaining quotes form suppliers, reviewing the quotes and presenting to the customer with recommendations.3 to 5 years experience in reading, red lining and updating architectural drawings/blue prints as well as experience in new building and remodels with regard to IT requirements (fibre, network, VoIP, Wireless (WAP), UPS, etc.)Experience with Public Sector and Local Municipalities is expectedExperience with Public Cloud Dev Ops.Work with an Agile team in a fast paced environmentProvides solutions to big problemsCustomer service focusedBA/BS degree and 10 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Salary Range: $177,000 - $215,000
