As one of a team of highly skilled engineer’s, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support for business networks including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, as well as cloud based security solutions. 

Responsibilities and Duties:-
Responsibilities include focusing on resolving complex issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring constant communication with internal and external customer’s. Attention to detail on all aspects of service delivery in order to meet and exceed customer's expectations is a requirement.

 

Qualifications and Skills:-

Minimum 10 years' experience in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, routers, wireless etc. Good knowledge in industry standard routing protocols like BGP, EIGRP, OSPF and L2 protocols like MST, RPST, EVPN, VxLAN, vPC, MLAG etc.Experience with Cisco-Viptela SD-WAN, ACI, IPS, Cisco ISE Solution, CloudFlare and Zscaler ZCC, ZPA etc.In-depth troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network issues across a broad range of technologiesDemonstrate ability to deliver projects with the foresight necessary to predict and plan for future risksAbility to lead dynamic, complex discussions without a prepared script or procedureAbility to accurately understand complex issues, and explain proposed solutions in non-technical terms to key contactsAbility to identify all facets of project and ongoing maintenance solutions including hardware requirements, licensing, support services and knowledge/training requirements for implementationsBe self-sufficient with project implementations, with the ability to self-define critical tasks, schedule the necessary activities, and follow-through with the tasks required to complete projectsEffective written and oral communication skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsStrategic and logical thinkingEmbraces teamwork with a positive mindsetCisco CCNP certification is a must
