**Job Description**
**Position Summary:**
The Infrastructure Operations Analyst supports the operational integrity and financial oversight of IT infrastructure across the organization. This role is responsible for managing vendor relationships, tracking IT contracts and infrastructure assets, coordinating IT purchasing, and collaborating with finance and business units to support annual IT budgeting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across technical and financial domains.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with IT vendors to ensure service quality, issue resolution, and alignment with business needs.
+ Contract Oversight: Track IT contracts, including costs, renewal dates, and compliance requirements. Ensure timely renewals and alignment with Teledyne standards.
+ Infrastructure Inventory & Lifecycle Management: Maintain accurate records of infrastructure assets across the business. Monitor lifecycle status to ensure compliance with Teledyne standards and timely refresh of aging equipment.
+ IT Budget Planning & Coordination: Partner with the IT Controller and Teledyne business units to develop and manage annual IT budgets. Provide data-driven insights to support financial planning and forecasting.
+ IT Infrastructure Purchasing: Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for IT infrastructure, including gathering requirements, obtaining quotes, placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery and deployment.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in IT operations, procurement, or vendor management.
+ Familiarity with IT budgeting and financial planning processes.
+ Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and IT asset management tools.
