Develop comprehensive infrastructure plans for real estate projects, including roads, utilities, and public spaces · Collaborate with architects, engineers, and urban planners to ensure infrastructure plans align with overall project objectives · Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for infrastructure projects · Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards · Lead the procurement process for infrastructure materials and services · Monitor and report on the progress of infrastructure projects to stakeholders · Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure planning and implementation · Provide mentorship and guidance to junior infrastructure planners · Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in infrastructure planning

Minimum Qualification - Masters in Infrastructure planning

Experience:

· 10-15 years of experience in infrastructure planning in the Real Estate industry

· Demonstrated experience in leading infrastructure projects from conception to completion

· Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams
