We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director.

In this role, you will:

The Project manager is responsible, on behalf of the Programme Manager, for delivering change. The role requires effective co-ordination of the workstreams and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. It also includes the co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realisation of projected benefits.Progressing requirements and managing backlogsPlanning and designing the project and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actionDefining the project’s governance arrangementsensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the project - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the project, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other projects and corporate, technical and specialist standardsManaging third party contributions to the projectManaging communications with all stakeholders within Program and wider teams / business functions.Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projectsManaging risks to the project’s successful outcomeWorking with the business change manager or equivalent on the transition to the new business as usual positionInitiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the project are identified or issues ariseResolve basic technical queries from ITSO Delegates
