Requirements:

Experience working as infrastructure project manager. Experience working with shipboard deployments. Experience in Windows and Unix operating systems. Experience in Virtualization technologies such as VMWare. Experience in Databases such as Oracle and MS SQL. Experience in Storage technologies such as Dell Compellent, EMC VNX/Unity/Vmax, Veritas Netbackup.

Responsibilities:

Manage and own multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and be accountable for implementations. Manage multiple high-dollar, high-risk projects simultaneously. Develop, implement, and maintain the Project schedule and Plan. Manage scope, timeline, and budget for projects and be able to hold others accountable. Create and communicate the project schedule. Identify key issues, risks, mitigation plans and can drive to resolution and or execute mitigation steps. Escalate issues as required to Senior Management to remove obstacles impeding successful project implementations. Provide leadership and direction to the project team and manages cross team dependencies. Responsible for conducting effective meetings where the objectives are met, and the project is moving forward. Report on project status to increase visibility and proactive monitoring. Manage vendors participating in project and ensures end-product fulfills the contract and meets the project sponsors expectations.
