Responsible for delivering sophisticated IT infrastructure projects and supporting the delivery of business change initiatives across the Kingfisher Group. You'll be responsible for leading multiple projects depending on size and scale with project budgets from £20k - £4m.

What's the job? To support activity to establish the business case with responsibility for planning and defining the scope of the projectTo identify, plan, handle and select appropriate resources, including third parties and suppliers to deliver the required servicesTo ensure all deliverables meet required standards through effective management of the project scope, project plans, through accurate and timely project/budget reporting and by planning, identifying, assessing and leading risks, issues and dependenciesTo run the day-to-day delivery of projects, act as the first point of contact for any issues, ensuring their timely resolutionTo ensure projects operate within the agreed Governance frameworkTo lead project finances, forecast accuracy and the management of any changes recognising schedule, budget and scope impactTo create certainty and handle key stakeholders through effective communication, identifying key issues and providing actionable insight to enable effective decision making What you'll bring IT infrastructure experience including the full project lifecycle is crucialShown experience of project delivery across diverse technology areas, e.g.:On-Premise, Cloud and/or hosted infrastructureSAP, Databases, ATG, ApplicationsWindows server, Linux, VMware, Storage, NetworksEnd-User devices, Windows OS, Office 365, Collaboration toolsActive Directory, Identity, PAM, SecurityIT Service Management, Service Now, monitoring, asset managementExperienced in delivering significant technical and non-technical changeWell-developed understanding of financial management processes and cycles, including forecasting, capitalisation, budgeting, etcStrong planning capability and the ability to identify key dependencies across project activitiesQuality and governance of deliveryCustomer focussedHave exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, and an ability to engage, connect and influence at all levels of the organisationBe Customer Focused – constantly improving our customers’ experienceWe listen to our customers and colleaguesWe innovate products and experiences to stay aheadBe Human – leading with purpose, humanity and careWe do the right thingWe invest in our people and build great teams
