Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. **Your role and responsibilities** As an Infrastructure Specialist at IBM, you will support the infrastructure running industries likes transportation, energy, insurance, banking, or healthcare which are rapidly changing as the worlds relationship with technology evolves. Ready to help our clients take the next step forward * Your primary responsibilities include: * Define, analyse, and review technical architecture on required platform and coming up with architecture options and recommendations * Define, detail, and scope the technical requirements into solutions * Work across key activities in configuration, systems management tools and backup and recovery * Support Technical Consultants and lead in building solutions and providing technical mentoring and guidance **Required technical and professional expertise** * In-depth exposure of various flavors of UNIX operating systems * Create and manage GCP Virtual Machines (VMs) and Communicated with network team for subnet connectivity and subnet allocation as per project requirement. * Monitoring and responding to application team issues for VMs related issue * Sound knowledge on DR setup and execution. * Exceptional knowledge and experience of computer performance hierarchy principles, performance analysis, system kernel tunings, latency, throughput, TCP/IP networking and advanced troubleshooting of cross-platform issues in complex distributed networking environment **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Exposure to Terraform * Exposure to Kubernetes and other Devops tools * Exposure to citrix
