Job DescriptionAs an Infrastructure Systems Architect, you will provide leadership at the enterprise level in defining processes, technical infrastructure, and architectural standards for information systems. This role will be given a wide degree of latitude to define the solutions for Lennox International enterprise architecture needs, requiring a self-motivated and passionate individual who's ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work making things happen.
You will act as an escalation point for other members of the team. Must have a high degree of troubleshooting skills. Must be well organized, goal oriented with strong communication skills. Participate in knowledge transfer and mentor others on the team as needed. Candidate must be self-motivated, and ready to dive right in. If you want to be micro-managed. Need not apply.
Some weekend and/or after-hours work to include participation in On-Call rotation will be required.
You will be trusted to:
Act as a project lead for new initiatives.Act as an escalation point for team members and other teams on issues or questions that arise.Participate in cross functional meetings with other teams in the organization.Assist with compliance requirements.Create documentation such as Architectural Diagrams, PowerPoints, HLD/LLD, etc.Create Executive/business level presentations.Troubleshoot issues in the environment.Participate in DR Exercises as needed. QualificationsRequirements:
5+ years of experience managing VMWare vSphere in an Enterprise Environment.3+ years of experience managing Veeam Backup and Replication in an Enterprise Environment. Including Multiple Remote Sites, DR Process creation.3+ years managing Cisco UCS compute platforms Including Cisco Intersight, Working with Cisco HCL, Firmware Management & Upgrades.World class problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with industry data security, privacy standards, relevant laws, and regulatory requirementsDemonstratable technical understanding of network protocols and concepts.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products.Ability to create scripts for automating tasks with Python/PowerShell/AnsibleDesired Skills:
Experience in using Ansible Tower to automate processesProficiency in one or more programming languagesProficiency with remote desktop technologies (VMware Horizon, or Citrix)Storage experience, preferably with Pure Storage.Strong administrative experience of Windows and/or Linux.Basic understanding of emerging technologies like OpenShift Virtualization/Kubevirt/Kubernetes/Container strategiesWHAT WE OFFER:

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $120,000 - $145,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
