**Job Track Description:** + 4 to 6 years of experience in IT operations/ Production support. + Experience in handling L1 IT service desk with bridge handling skills for incidents/change and service requests. + Strong documentation and reporting skills. + Must have ITIL knowledge. + Good knowledge on Unix/Linux and basic knowledge of Shell scripting will be an added advantage. + Excellent communication skills and ability to handle escalations. + Familiar with E-mail queue management and handy with MS office + Basic knowledge of servers, web-based applications usage + Education qualification – BE, B.Tech, BCA. + **24/7 workplace - Flexible to work in any shift and for additional hours as per need.**
