Job Duties:
Responsible for Sprint planning. Ensure Sprint scope is defined and agreed, and all the milestones are met. Effective monitoring of the grooming process. Plan & Schedule grooming monitoring. Responsible for delivering Weekly status reports. Gather and translate business requirements into functional specs. Act as the liaison between the business and development teams.Collaborate on requirements, architecting, designing telecom related solutions for all Xfinity lines of businesses. Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders to determine project and application requirements. Create user stories and managing requirements gathering process. Review user stories, system requirements, business rules, and scenario documentation to verify they meet business requirements. Attend daily scope sync meetings to ensure project roadmap is on track and proper organizational alignment is in place. Determine a prioritization of functional scope and work with delivery teams to set Agile sprint plans and release schedules. Responsible for backlog grooming and reporting, defect management, and risk monitoring. Participate in facilitation of team meetings, creation of status reports, and preparation of presentations to communicate Next Gen accomplishments, challenges, opportunities, and recommended courses of action. Demonstrates excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time, in line with budget expectations and to strategy. Consistently exercise independent and appropriate judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Influence and lead to implement transformation. Well versed with Telecom domain with expert understanding of Provisioning flows, Network flows. Excellent understanding of Back-office flows including Mediation, Billing and rating and invoicing. Good understanding of Telecom product catalog. Deep understanding of Technical Products, maintaining and driving a product mindset wherein total value of the product is governed and articulated.Works collaboratively with Architects to come up with technical innovations that help drive strategy. Work with Business and P&T to create product roadmap Ability to drive solutions and convert roadmap into reality Leverages rapid hypothesis driven testing methodologies and experiments (i.e., paper prototype, A/B testing, etc.) to inform direction, prioritize investment.Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
