We are looking for a highly motivated, technically savvy Fiber Delivery Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (FD-TIPM) to help develop and scale one of the world's largest and most complex networks. The FD-TIPM is responsible for managing highly technical, cost efficient, and fast paced communication construction project schedules to keep pace with and enable AWS Network growth. This role will manage a program overseeing design reviews across our rapidly expanding global data center portfolio, with anticipated growth of 33% year over year.

As a FD-TIPM you will be part of a highly creative and efficient team of diverse backgrounds and expertise, tasked with tackling the most fascinating and challenging problems in modern fiber construction. In this role, you will be responsible for training and education of internal stakeholders and external contractors and partners, driving Kaizen process improvements, change management, and communication plans.

Key job responsibilities
Drive the implementation and operation of a comprehensive global Quality Control design review program.
• Lead a program of internal and external Quality Control Fiber Design Engineers conducting infrastructure reviews
• Establish and implement standardized design review processes to ensure compliance with AWS fiber infrastructure standards
• Oversee the development and maintenance of engineering documentation and reference materials
• Develop and Maintain design review checklists and quality control documentation
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to measure program effectiveness
• Collaborate with Data Center Engineering teams to integrate fiber requirements into existing platforms and workflows
• Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships, including developing vendor KPIs and performance metrics
• Drive process improvements through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
• Lead regular executive updates and cross-functional team communications
• Manage program budget and resource allocation across global regions
