Infrastructure Technician - Installation, Computers, Hardware

Position Overview: The Infrastructure Technician is responsible for installing, managing, and maintaining computer infrastructure and hardware components. The technician will also be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure computer systems and networks, both hardware and software. Maintain and troubleshoot computer networks, hardware, and other related systems. Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems. Provide technical support to staff as needed. Perform regular system maintenance and software updates. Resolve system issues and respond to user inquiries.

Qualifications:

Experience with computer installation, hardware, and troubleshooting. Experience with network configuration and maintenance. CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification is preferred.
