Workshop Supervisor

The Role:

Our project team is expanding! This is a newly created role for a Workshop Supervisor to be based onsite at our Civil earthworks project in the northwest in Western Australia. This role will be reporting to the Plant & Project Manager and will work closely with site personnel onsite ensuring prompt project delivery and quality works.

2:1 Roster FIFO out of Perth Immediate Start

In addition to working with a great team, the successful applicant will receive ongoing project exposure allowing you to further develop your technical and leadership skills. There will be an opportunity for a strong performer to progress their career and move into senior roles or onto various pipeline projects.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

Previous experience in a similar role is a must (5 years +) Previous experience in a heavy industrial environment Strong Mechanical experience, Hydraulic/Pneumatic experience is desirable Strong understanding of Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi machinery Strong communication & people skills Strong diagnostic skills Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge Previous project coordination/supervision experience is a must
