Infusion Pharmacist Responsibilities:

The infusion pharmacist should have an above average knowledge of issues relations to the provision of IV, respiratory and other therapies in a home setting. The pharmacist will work closely with home health care nurses providing care to the patients and ensure the needs of the patient are met/monitored. Duties may include - special assignments, process validation and competency assessment.

 

Certifications and Licensure:

Required: Pharmacist - State of FLPreferred: ASHP (Pharmacist)

Requirements

Required: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferredPreferred: Home Care experience
