Chemotherapy certified through the ONS or obtain Chemotherapy certification within 18 months *Chemotherapy cert verified in department* **Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training** Completion of an accredited school of nursing program or diploma program as well at the ability to complete annual nursing skills and competency course.
