Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The role of PLC Programmer is to keep PLC standards in all SSED JIT plants. Secure effective update and create new PLC programing of AGV projects. Make a changes in PLC programms for reaching expected levels of connectivity with DMC and another MP X.0 tools. Cooperation on other equipment PLC programming in case of needs. 

 

AGV projects update : Modification of current AGV projects by effective logic programming. Create crossing logic standards blocks, which can be copy paste for other AGV projects. It is including PLC programming and HMI screen visualisation. Prepare AGV data for to reach expected level in the SSED plants. Actively work on AGV projects changes according to plan created by Project Leader.New AGV projects : Support development of project plans for AGV implementation, outlining timelines, budgets, resources and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, logistics and IT to ensure all project requirements and goals align. Support system layout planning, path programming and operational mapping to ensure optimal AGV functionality and safety.AGV UR tracking: Janko/Fernando Support the deployment of AGVs within the Central Connectivity Tool and their set up in Palantir. Update of the Machine Data Model when required for new functionalities of the toolEquipment connectivity: Follow up yearly budgeted planning, support plant team during implementation, provide all necessary documents related with PLC equipment changes. Actively work on projects changes according to plan created by MES/Data Tools Leader.PLC programms storage: Responsibility for all PLC changes, share back up programms on specific share point, to be avaliable in case of lost data. Owner of PLCs programs library. Set up equipment to be connected to MPX.0 tools (for example CCT)Contribute on new DT: Cooperation with Division, plants and  BG/GIT members. Participation on workshops to define new concepts and use cases in plants. Follow up planning of MES/Data Leader and Project Leader.

The ideal candidate will have :

Experience Siemens in TIA Portal, Step 7 minimum - 2 years in automative industrie (PLC and HMI)Skills in profinet/profibus network and proface, read technical and electric documentaion and HW devices overview (motors, sensors, scanners etc.)Knowledge in IT (scada system)Knowledge of the OPC tools - KepwareBe able to do standard blocks in PLC softwareOverview about Digitalization tools and 4.0 Industry experiencesHands on and result oriented (very pragmatic)Fluent in EnglishWhy join us
