Main activities
Respond to customer GIS, AIS & GCB Services activity requests in partnership with the Design Office
Ensure customer's needs by making the appropriate quotes and offers: from the reception of the requests until the delivery of the offers to the internal and external customers (Technical offer and Internal commercial offer)
Position the offer in terms of price and deadlines based on technical documents and/or consultations
Support local units in direct contact with the end customer during the pre-tender phase & negotiation in order to provide them with support and a technical vision of the proposed offer
Update the offer management systems, IT platform (SPEAK)
Contribute to the improvement and optimization of tools, processes by:
o necessary clarifications and adjustments with the various customers (internal and external)
o the deployment and development of the Services offers
o actions to standardize and align offers, tools and estimate processes
Ensure the regular follow-up of the offers issued in order to contribute to the order recording objectives of the unit to which he/she is attached

Training and experience:
Mechanical or electrical engineer
with a professional experience of 5 years
experience in quotes, technical-commercial offer (a plus)

- Strong technical and intellectual adaptability in order to know the products and assimilate the costing processes as quickly as possible
- Knowledge of the business sector (a big plus)
- Computer skills
- Fluency in English (+ 1 other language ideally)
