The Opportunity:

The On-Site Service Technician carries out installation, preventive maintenance, calibrations, validations, repairs, etc… on various types laboratory equipment. With the main focus being around Equipment installed by Avantor, but not limited to this.
These activities will take place at customer site and be planned and coordinated in cooperation with the Customers Building Facilities teams and the Avantor Service Management.

L'équipe Services France se charge de répondre à l'ensemble des problématiques de maintenances préventives et curatives qui concernent nos clients, sur toute la France. Si l'équipe couvre l'ensemble de l'Hexagone, nous insistons ici sur le fait que ce poste concerne uniquement notre client basé à Saclay.

Vos responsabilités

Répondre aux besoins du client en termes de maintenance : installation, préventive, curative, calibrations, validations...

Assembler et réparer les fournitures et équipements de laboratoire selon les plans et spécifications techniques.

Opérer les nettoyages réguliers de filtres et autres composantes des systèmes de ventilation des équipements concernés.

Management des pièces détachées nécessaires et leur installation dans les plus brefs délais.

Gérer et exécuter les souhaits client (diagnostics, commandes, communications régulières...)

Ce que vous apportez

Niveau licence en electronique / mécanique

Plusieurs années d'expérience en maintenance et réparation d'appareils ménagers (par exemple, appareils électroménagers), professionnels et industriels. Bonne compréhension de l'électricité. Expérience souhaitée en ventilation, de préférence spécialisée dans les armoires à flux d'air laminaire et les hottes.

Qualités recherchées : orientation-client, proactivité dans la recherche de solutions, communication, rigueur.

Maîtrise de l'anglais et des outils informatiques

Permis B à jour.
