Nous recherchons dans le cadre de ce projet un Ingénieur HVAC H/F dans le cadre d'un CDI DE CHANTIER ou d'une mission en interne au sein de notre site de production basé à Evreux (27). MISSIONS PRINCIPALES : En tant que membre clé de l’équipe projet, vous serez responsable de la conception, de l’optimisation et de la mise en œuvre des systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation destinés aux installations de production pharmaceutique. Responsabilités : Concevoir, analyser et valider les installations HVAC nécessaires au projet, en assurant leur conformité aux normes et réglementations en vigueur (normes locales et pharmaceutiques). Analyser les besoins thermiques et de ventilation des bâtiments Collaborer avec les équipes de conception et d’ingénierie pour garantir la faisabilité technique des solutions proposées. Participer à l’élaboration des cahiers des charges et aux spécifications techniques des systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation Interagir avec les équipes qualités, validation, EHS et utilisateurs mais aussi avec les équipes d’engineering et EHS du site Superviser les travaux de mise en service et effectuer les essais pour garantir la conformité des installations aux exigences du projet. Réaliser les activités de commissioning et qualification des installations HVAC Coordonner avec les autres disciplines (validation – qualité – automation,) Interagir avec les contractants : HVAC, process equipment, … PROFIL : Diplôme en génie thermique, génie mécanique ou équivalent Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans la conception et la gestion des projets HVAC, de préférence dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou industriel. Autonome mais aussi team Player Connaissance approfondie des normes et règlements en vigueur Expérience avec les systèmes d’automatisation, la BMS et les réseaux industriels. Capacité à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire et dans le contexte des projets complexes. Bonne connaissance de la règlementation pharmaceutique relative à la qualité de l’air dans les zones de production GMP Bonnes compétences en communication et capacité à interagir avec les parties prenantes techniques et non techniques. Responsibilities: Design, analyze and validate the HVAC installations required for the project, ensuring their compliance with current standards and regulations (local and pharmaceutical standards). Analyze the thermal and ventilation needs of buildings Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions. Participate in the development of specifications and technical specifications for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems Interact with the quality, validation, EHS and user teams but also with the site's engineering and EHS teams Supervise commissioning work and conduct testing to ensure facilities meet project requirements. Carry out commissioning and qualification activities for HVAC installations Coordinate with other disciplines (validation – quality – automation,) Interact with contractors: HVAC, process equipment, etc. PROFILE : Degree in thermal engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and management of HVAC projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector. Autonomous but also team player In-depth knowledge of current standards and regulations Experience with automation systems, BMS and industrial networks. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and in the context of complex projects. Good knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations related to air quality in GMP production areas Good communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
