Notre site de production de Pont-de-Claix est l'un des leaders mondiaux dans la fabrication d'aiguilles de sutures chirurgicales en termes de coût, délai, flexibilité et qualité. La totalité de la production - 123 millions d'aiguilles sont fabriquées chaque année - est envoyée dans les usines d'assemblage du groupe : en République Dominicaine et aux Etats-Unis. => Le site de production, emploie environ 225 personnes. http://www.medtronic.com/fr-fr/a-propos-de-medtronic/news/70ansPontdeClaix.html **Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées** + Former et valider le personnel de production aux contrôles -Qualité et aux règles qualité du groupe et/ou site. + Accompagner la formation qualité des nouveaux arrivants sur ces lignes. + Apporter une présence terrain au quotidien pour les prises de décisions et actions immédiates. + Conduire et /ou participer activement aux analyses des causes de déviations qualité et à l’élaboration des actions correctives. + Piloter les actions correctives et préventives (CAPA) en utilisant les outils groupe + Apporter un support constant à la production pour faciliter l’obtention de la qualité. + Réalise des analyses statistiques qualité produit sur son secteur + Suivre les indicateurs qualité de son secteur, définir et mettre en place des démarches et des actions d’amélioration. + Conduire l’analyse des réclamations clients sur ses unités avec les équipes production et experts sur le sujet ; analyse des causes, définition, mise en place et suivi des plans d’actions, communication avec le client. + Animer des groupes de travail de résolution de problèmes. + Participer activement aux programmes d’amélioration continue des lignes. + Conduire conjointement avec les superviseurs de production des audits ou inspections au poste permettant de vérifier la bonne compréhension et le respect des instructions et modes opératoires. + Participer aux analyses de risque et de maitrise du process pour les nouveaux projets de process ou équipements, les changements, le développement des nouveaux produits. + Rédige et/ou participe à la rédaction des procédures et instructions qualité **Connaissances et expériences requises** + Formation BAC+3, BAC+5 ou ingénieur, domaine Technique ou Qualité (ou expériences/compétences équivalentes) + Première expérience concluante similaire en qualité opérationnelle sur site industriel + Maitrise d’Excel et de Powerpoint + Anglais opérationnel à l’oral et à l’écrit + Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et de communication : écoute, partage d’information, aptitude à convaincre + Flexibilité, adaptabilité, curiosité + Autonomie, synthèse, rigueur et précision + Esprit analytique, solide capacité de prise de décision ; aptitude à la résolution de problèmes + Aptitude à travailler en équipe en collaboration avec des équipes diverses + Une expérience Qualité dans une contexte normatif et réglementé sera un plus **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
