Esta persona será responsable de proporcionar un servicio gestionado a los clientes para garantizar que su infraestructura y sistemas permanezcan operativos mediante la identificación proactiva, investigación y resolución de incidentes y problemas técnicos, y la restauración del servicio a los clientes gestionando los incidentes hasta su resolución. **What you'll be doing** **PRINCIPALES RESPONABILIDADES** + Atención de solicitudes y requerimientos ABM (Alta, Baja y modificaciones) / MACD (Move, Add,Change,Delete). + Atención de incidentes, fallas y degradaciones de plataformas de tecnología asociadas a Cisco Networking y Extreme. + Apoyo al cliente final en levantamientos de información, investigaciones RCA, monitoreo proactivo. + Apoyo y soporte en terreno por solicitudes con requerimiento tecnico en sitio. + Creación de informes de estado de plataforma y vitalidad de tecnologías. + Recomendación de mejoras en plataforma en base a experiencia técnica. **REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES** + Estudios técnicos y/o profesionales en informática,telecomunicaciones, conectividad y redes, sistemas, electrónica, eléctrica o afines. + 2 a 4 años de experiencia en roles similares. + Certificación NSE4, FCA o FCP. + Conocimientos en FortiSDWAN, FortiSwitch, FortiManager, FortiGate. **REQUISITOS DESEABLES** + Certificación CCNA o CCNP. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
